BELCORP USA takes pride in the product satisfaction of our Beauty Advisors and strongly believes in delivering results. Our L’Bel product s are prepared and packaged with the greatest care yet if your customers are unsatisfied with their order delivery, please reassure them that L’Bel has set high standards of satisfaction.

Notice of Cancellation:
You may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction. (See the Notice of Cancellation for an explanation of this right).
Exchange & Return Policy:
Beauty Advisors may return or exchange (ERC) products within 60 days from the date of purchase. You may be eligible to receive a credit on your L’Bel account for the price of the product paid at time of purchase including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
To process and receive an ERC, a Beauty Advisor must first call Customer Service at 1 (800) 992-5235. Once the ERC has been authorized, products must be shipped back to Belcorp USA — 5200 Blue Lagoon Dr. Suite #620. Miami, FL 33126 —within 2 weeks of authorization.
Shipping charges on return or exchanged product(s) will be paid by the Beauty Advisor.
Shipping and handling charges will be waived on new or replacement product(s) when shipped from Belcorp USA on an authorized ERC request.
Any return or exchange request after 60 days will be reviewed by ERC Committee within 10 days for approval.
Fees & Refund Policy:
A credit will be applied to your L’Bel account on all approved ERC requests.
A Beauty Advisor may obtain a refund of the enrollment fee within 10 days of her/his enrollment date.
A $12 address correction fee will be applied for changes of address made once the order is shipped.
A $21 cancelation fee + Shipping will be applied to cancel an order after 3 Business Days after Order Date. This fee will also apply to orders placed but rejected upon delivery to an Independent Beauty Advisor.
We understand that there might be reasons you need to return or exchange products that are not covered by the above policy rules and specifications. If you have any questions or would like to file an ERC request, please contact Belcorp USA Customer Care Department at 1 (800) 992-5235.

You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within Three Business Days from the above date.
If you cancel, any payments made by you under the sale, will be cancelled following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice.
If you cancel, you must make available to the seller, in substantially as good conditions as when received, any goods delivered to you under this sale. Comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense.
If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.
